1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement governs your use of the Majuwin website, services, games, and all features available therein.

2Member Eligibility

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Majuwin account only. Holding more than one account ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per your identification document (MyKad or passport)
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and accessible email address
• Exact date of birth
• A strong password of at least eight (8) characters

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Majuwin accepts deposits via recognised and approved Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include:

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Processing times are between 15 minutes and 2 hours for e-wallets, and 1 to 4 hours for bank transfers on standard business days.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• The Majuwin welcome bonus of up to RM 1,000 is exclusively available to new members making their first deposit.
• Each individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Majuwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, opposing bets (hedging), or coordinating with other players — is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.
• The 8% weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses and credited every Monday before noon. This cashback is not subject to any additional wagering requirements.

6Game Rules

All games available on Majuwin — including live casino, slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, table games, football betting, and e-sports — are governed by their respective game rules as displayed on the platform. The following general principles apply to all games:

7Prohibited Member Conduct

• Owning or operating more than one Majuwin account (multi-accounting)

• Colluding or conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or attack Majuwin's technical infrastructure in any way

8Account Suspension & Closure

Majuwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• Member found to be in breach of any terms within this Agreement
• Fraudulent activity, manipulation, or suspicious usage detected on the account
• Member using a false identity or failing to pass KYC verification
• Required to comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting majuwin customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days upon completion of the verification process.

9Liability & Limitations

Majuwin provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that it will always be free from technical errors, disruptions, or unexpected downtime.
